Kasoori Methi

Kasuri Methi is bittersweet, quite pungent and yet, strangely addictive.
It is used as an accent flavour for curries and meat dishes, usually crumbled and sprinkled before serving, or also used to temper the oil as part of the ‘tadka’/’phoron’.
