1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged

• Wrong product delivered

• Product packaging is tampered or defective

📌 To be eligible for a return:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos or videos as proof

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in valid cases such as:

• Damaged product received

• Incorrect item delivered

• Order cancelled before dispatch

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Incorrect address provided by customer

• Failed delivery due to unavailability
